  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Advertising, Communications, or Marketing
  • 8+ years of professional writing experience, with at least three years as a Product Marketing or Case Study writer or in a similar position
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with internal marketing and/or sales teams
  • 3+ years of interviewing clients, product users, and prospects
  • Solid interview skills
  • Experience writing short-form, long-form, and journalistic copy
  • Experience writing in a specific voice according to brand guidelines
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and simplify for different audiences
  • Ability to interpret strategy and creative direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Self-sufficient in seeking answers and clarity in ambiguous situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Google Suite, PowerPoint, Airtable, and Asana preferred
Responsibilities
  • Write and develop case studies, blog posts, presentations, email campaigns, product marketing materials, and related deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with design partners and key stakeholders throughout the Marketing organization and across the company
  • Develop highly engaging content experiences that inspire potential customers and internal sales teams
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company's use cases, marketing strategy, and audiences
  • Develop questions and conduct interviews with customers, potential customers, and employees
  • Gather and document interview insights into demographic, firmographic, and psychographic profiles
  • Craft email campaigns for both Marketo and Outreach to support marketing goals
  • Function as an independent contributor with a leadership mindset, showing strong ownership over project quality and success
