Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a related field
  • Prior experience in at least two of three areas spanning technical program management, the financial services industry, and consulting for technology and/or financial services
  • Degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Familiar with relational database concepts and modeling practices
  • Familiar with cloud-based technologies like K8S, AWS, etc.
  • Knowledge of release management and CICD deployment workflow processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to foster relationships, and promote team collaboration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and communicate scope, progress against milestones, and risk mitigation strategies spanning multiple engineering teams.
  • Partner with engineers to solve problems, define solutions, bring clarity, and visibility to complex implementations.
  • Provide leadership while partnering with the Technology management team to define go forward strategies.
  • Drive programs to a successful conclusion.
  • Engage on a select set of broader open-ended programs aimed at continuous improvement for the overall Technology organization.
