Keller Postman is a plaintiffs' litigation firm that represents individuals and businesses in mass tort, class action, and complex litigation against large corporations, generally on a contingency-fee basis. The firm handles claims involving defective drugs and medical devices, environmental contamination, and antitrust—including matters tied to infant formula (NEC), Camp Lejeune water contamination, hair relaxers, and Google Ads overcharges—and clients start with a short online intake form before the firm gathers evidence and manages the case through resolution. What sets Keller Postman apart is its scale: it reports representing roughly 1.5 million clients and securing about $3 billion in recoveries with more than 300 attorneys and staff across offices in Chicago, Washington, D.C., Coral Gables, and Lake Mary. The goal is to hold corporations accountable and win compensation for people and businesses harmed by their conduct.
