Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, consulting, or business development, with a focus on cloud and/or strategic technology partnerships.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver impactful business results, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or cloud technology environment.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem, specifically Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure, and experience working with these partners to drive GTM initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a strong ability to create actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to act decisively, take initiative, and move projects forward efficiently while bringing people along the journey.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to think big and re-imagine how Striim can deliver value to customers in collaboration with our partner ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the strategic marketing roadmap with a focus on Hyperscaler Partners as well as Systems Integrators and Solution Providers Partners in collaboration with our Partner Alliances and Business Development teams.
  • Liaise between external partner marketing resources, the Striim Alliances team, and the Striim Marketing team to drive proactive results.
  • Identify, establish, and own strategic marketing relationships with Striim's strategic partners.
  • Develop positioning and messaging in collaboration with partners that resonates with the target market segments.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies and plans in support of the partner priorities driving partner referrals, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
  • Create original marketing collateral such as landing pages, emails, datasheets, and partner-facing slides yourself, while also influencing co-branded campaigns, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Develop and coordinate engaging content for demand gen campaigns associated with webinars, events, websites, and emails with Strim Product Marketing, Content, and all of our partners.
  • Perform opportunity analysis relevant to specific partnerships and target market segments, and develop a deep understanding of joint customer use cases.
  • Develop joint customer stories with all our strategic partners to help grow the business.
  • Act as the Striim subject matter expert on marketing engagement with partners and as the Partner subject matter expert on partner relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Work in close collaboration with teams such as Strategic Alliances, Business Development, marketing, and other key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of partner marketing efforts and priorities into Striim marketing plans and with overall business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners to maximize joint marketing opportunities.
