What you will do
For this role, we are welcoming individuals early in their career looking for the next challenge, who have a strong hunter mindset and passion for working and learning in a hyper-growth MarTech scale-up.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting into companies and having high-level conversations with C-level executives. Plus, you will have an advancement opportunity within the sales organization. When you join our Inside Sales team, you will learn and grow with the people who believe in our products and sell it knowing that it is going to change the customer experience of our clients.
Our world-class sales organization has a strong pipeline bombarded with inbound marketing leads and SDR lead generation. We’ve got clients from every vertical imaginable, and our client base speaks for itself. So, you will be lucky to have a category leader product fuelled by lightning-fast growth, and just as our co-founder/CRO promises, “if you stay humble and hungry, you’ll build a legacy here.”
In this role, you will
- Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with our prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails or even through social media!
- Personalize our content according to the prospect. We are building a human connection; our prospects should feel that they are valuable potential clients. Therefore, you should care about the details about them.
- Pass on leads that are sales-qualified to an account executive to close.
- Understand client needs and requirements. You will also brainstorm together with your team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insider’s products in targeted industries and segments.
- Most importantly, you will learn. A LOT. You will join countless training sessions and you will also learn from your team members and leaders who are top-notch sales professionals.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree from related fields (“Inside Sales” experience is a plus)
- Good exposure to the e-commerce society,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels
- Strong phone presence in dialing dozens of calls per day,
- Endless curiosity about our product, our competitors, markets, key players, etc.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, start-up environment,
- Problem identification and objection resolution skills,
- Enthusiasm to learn and prove yourself to have a long-term sales career in tech industry
