- A bachelor's degree in information systems management, computer science, or a related technical and/or management discipline is required.
- At least 7 years of experience supporting the operation of similar information systems in cloud environments is required.
- Familiarity with Defense Transportation systems, functions, and terminology, including Department of Defense transportation and financial systems, is required.
- Experience with DISA, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Web Services GovCloud, Microsoft Azure, and/or Cloud One in native and hybrid cloud configurations is required.
- Experience with TFS, Jira, Confluence, DevSecOps tools across all phases, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile DevSecOps process is required.
- Certification as an IT Project Manager-Intermediate under DoD 8140.03M and the DCWF is required.
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Serve as the liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications, risks, and appropriate mitigation or avoidance strategies for each stage.
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all contract-specified documentation, including deliverables.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense applications.
- Experience with development, test, and production environments in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, especially GovCloud and Cloud One.
- Project Management Professional certification.
