Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic people plans to enable business success across areas such as talent management, talent development, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development
Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to business leaders on all people aspects of their business
Coach managers on day-to-day needs, manage key people processes, and design and implement new programs
Lead the talent management plan for the business units with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders and managers, building skills and capabilities of the workforce and ensuring succession bench strength
Collaborate and consult on the design and delivery of People programs and policies with other People function Centres of Excellence to deliver effective solutions to the business
Leverage data to track progress on priorities and proactively recommend solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our EMEA People Business Partner Team. This position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Regional people plan and the coordination of people services to a suite of businesses across EMEA. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with the leadership teams and provide expert advice and coaching to support their business objectives.

What you’ll be doing
