  • This job is a part-time fellowship, working 20-30 hours per week. Evenings and weekends are required.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate student-athlete community service and engagement opportunities
  • Build partnerships with local organizations and campus groups for volunteer and civic programming
  • Plan and support events that foster student-athlete belonging, leadership, and service
  • Support the collection and analysis of impact metrics to assess student-athlete engagement and program outcomes
  • Assist in developing storytelling and promotional materials (social media, newsletters, recaps) that elevate Student-Athlete impact
  • Collaborate with staff across Development & Enrichment to deliver initiatives focused on purpose, impact, and career readiness
  • Contribute to the unit’s strategic priorities through innovation, research, and collaboration on emerging trends in student-athlete development and the evolving landscape of college athletics
Desired Qualifications
  • University/college student-athlete experience.
  • Experience in student-athlete development community engagement, academic advising, or career development.
  • Experience with event planning, volunteer coordination, or service-based programming.
  • Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
