World Relief seeks a ILS Program Coordinator. This is a full-time position to fulfill the needs of the ILS Program Manager in the delivery of quality legal services. Assist in program promotion and in administrative tasks as World Relief Triad builds out the immigration program, and assist to affiliate offices and external partners
Role & Responsibilities

Case Management
- Assist ILS Program Manager while under their guidance and supervision
- Assist ILS staff in scheduling all consultations and appointments. Send reminders of upcoming appointments and required records and documents.
- Be first point of contact for clients by answering phone messages and emails. Track referrals and ensure all clients that are reaching out are being served and helped.
- Assist clients in gathering biographical information and documents relevant to their immigration cases.
- Ensure that copies of all relevant applications and documents are placed in the client’s file. Ensure that case files are organized and up-to-date. Close files as cases are settled and conduct case review on quarterly basis.
- Input case-related information into the client database. Coordinate data management to track case load numbers.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Outreach
- Assist in preparing materials for workshops held at local churches and organizations
- Develop and create marketing and promotional materials for distribution
Other
- Maintain database of citizenship class participants and assist with contact reminders regarding upcoming classes/events
- Oversee ILS intern work flow, tasks, and assignments as necessary

- MS Office skills required
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Detail oriented, proactive, and organized
