Requirements
  • 5+ years of digital advertising and operations experience at fast growing technology companies or SEM agencies, preferably with both B2B SaaS and B2C eCommerce business models
  • Strong project management skills including campaign production sprint schedules, stakeholder coordination, and agency / vendor oversight. Demonstrated capacity to learn as well as ability to operate independently
  • Deep domain expertise and hands-on experience with your tool set: Excel pivot tables, Google Analytics, SEM platforms, Google Marketing Platform suite
  • Additional digital marketing experience: paid social, video, mobile, brand, etc
  • Solid understanding of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Analytics skill sets such as using SQL queries in a BigQuery environment, Salesforce reporting & analysis, Marketo forms and data tracking
  • BA/BS degree
Responsibilities
  • Own the global rollout of SA 360 in collaboration with campaign managers and external agencies
  • Drive A/B testing to improve ROAS and cost per MQL through active monitoring and management of agency - bidding, budgeting pacing, keywords optimization, etc. Coordinate landing page optimization with the web experience team
  • Optimize campaign launch workflow, from standardizing campaign metadata, to implementing proper campaign tracking
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with culturally and geographically diverse marketers and cross-functional stakeholders with varied technical aptitude throughout the company
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities across digital channels to help drive revenue growth and marketing ROI
  • Partner with peers and cross functional teams to ensure holistic approach to data tracking and seamless handoffs between systems
  • Provide planning and communications support to campaign managers and executives
