Requirements
  • Must be Los Gatos or Los Angeles-based or willing to relocate
  • 5+ years of Ad Operations, Ad Tech and/or Media Operations experience with applied project management methodologies and certifications
  • Experience in Ad Stacks (GAM, Xandr, Nielsen, DV, IAS, Salesforce, Operative)
  • Strengths building cross-functional relationships, developing insights, managing projects, and articulating success
  • Delivered highly effective solutions for ad operations management by incorporating tooling, UAT, and vendor partnerships
  • Mastered simplifying complexity, managing large sets of inputs, and prioritizing with precision
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis; managing accountability for deliverables
  • Driven partnerships for tooling and workflow implementation, including issue resolution and end-to-end analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and willingness to pivot as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in international environments
Responsibilities
  • Lead Campaign Execution & Trafficking:
  • Order and creative trafficking
  • Creative review and quality control
  • Campaign monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Frequency and pacing adjustments
  • Billing and reconciliation
  • Partner with the Operational Program Management team on:
  • Policy rollout and enforcement
  • Product offering building and testing
  • Infrastructure partnership and development
  • Vendor management
  • Partner with vendors and XFN teams to identify, optimize and execute workflows that support quality output and cost-saving initiatives for media operations
  • Contribute to measurement methodology and frameworks that scale operational excellence
  • Leverage data and user insights to drive decision-making for new and existing work streams that deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions to stakeholders
  • Advocate, understand, and communicate the company's values
