Requirements
  • At least 9 years of experience in broadcast as an agency producer.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and share ownership of projects.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and produce all types of video projects, including in-house, insourced, and outsourced projects.
  • Work closely with creative teams and account executives to create and produce individual brand experiences.
  • Ensure the resources, personnel, policies, and procedures are in place to operate and manage the video and post-production department.
  • Ensure video-project output aligns with creative and brand vision and meets high quality standards.
  • Provide leadership to the video production group and projects.
  • Manage video assets day to day.
  • Contribute to the integrated production database.
  • Continuously optimize interdepartmental and intradepartmental communications and processes.
  • Conduct industry outreach.
  • Supervise all aspects of video production from development through delivery, wrap, and archiving.
  • Lead and enforce the video production process for video, film, and broadcast solutions.
  • Report to the Head of Integrated Production.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency with FileMaker Pro.
  • Proficiency with Showbiz Budgeting and Actualization.
