CWILL unveils unified AI-driven e-commerce platform for DTC brands at Shoptalk 2026

CWILL, a unified AI-driven ecommerce platform for direct-to-consumer brands, showcased its capabilities at Shoptalk 2026 in Las Vegas. The platform integrates marketing, post-purchase and retention functions into a single system. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in North Carolina, CWILL offers email marketing automations, AI chatbots, post-purchase solutions, reviews and loyalty systems, and AI-powered SEO suggestions. The platform aims to address the challenge of disconnected systems that prevent brands from realising value from multiple tools. "The challenge for brands today is not missing functions but disconnected systems," said COO Kang Yang. The company's product suite includes ParcelWILL, TrustWILL, ChatWILL, SendWILL and SEOWILL, helping brands simplify operations and drive sustainable growth.
