We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our team based in London (In-office work is required 3 times per week) . The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for IT and is looking to start their IT career. Your day to day duties include but are not limited to answering IT support tickets using Jira Service Desk, assisting with employee lifecycle management and providing in person IT support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide comprehensive and timely IT support to all employees
- Exercise security best-practices and monitor and train employees to do the same
- Maintain & provision employees hardware and software for a global taskforce
- Perform on-boarding/off-boarding duties and re-provisioning procedures
- Support handling user administration and auditing of all third-party service accounts
- Manage office LANs, wifi, and video conferencing systems
- Support the team in all projects including internal events, external events, and office moves
- Support employees with occasional out of hours work
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- Basic knowledge and experience of macOS and GSuites/Workspace administration essential
- Basic knowledge and experience of Atlassian products essential
- Basic knowledge and experience of TCP/IP, networking, routing, firewalls.
- Basic knowledge and experience with Jamf or similar MDM software
