- Experience inspecting generators or other power sources
- 4+ years of experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet ITAR requirements.
- Inspection of GEN centers and enclosures, which can be bigger than a semi-truck
- Level 2 electro-mechanical inspector. Visual inspection, test witnessing, general dimensional inspection, plus wiring and connector inspection
- Inspection services include visual, physical, and dimensional (both in-process and final) of machined, electro-mechanical, and other parts, according to requirements and specifications
- Incoming inspection from external providers of products or services/processing (e.g., nickel plating)
- In-process and final inspection of critical features such as witness inspection
- Compilation of final inspection sign-off sheet and report packages
- Verification that inspection equipment used to take measurements is capable of detecting defects
- Verification that inspection methodology is adequate per drawing intent
- Audit and validate the execution to the inspection plan
- Provide weekly reports of manufacturing sites ramp progress, equipment quality performance of the facility, delivery details by Data Center site
- Conduct periodic quality audits of the supplier’s factory, provide reports of results
- Drive closure of findings identified as non-conformance
- Ensuring supplier’s quality control system document the findings
- Provide customer witness for test scripts, including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for all equipment
