- 2-5 years of customer facing experience, especially with Enterprise customers.
- Exceptional communicator across different channels; comfortable leading a meeting with the CTO of a Fortune 500 company, the founder of a fast-growing startup, or the lead ML engineer of a research institution.
- Structured and organized, with the ability to prioritize time effectively.
- Track record of successful internal collaboration, with both technical and commercial teams.
- Highly consultative, skilled with discovery questioning and uncovering new use cases.
- Track record of strengthening existing customer relationships and proactively developing new ones; ability to be multi-threaded at different levels.
- Ambitious and willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever is required.
- Demonstrates product and technical acumen, with the ability to learn quickly and apply product knowledge to customer pain points.
- Intelligent with the ability to understand technical intricacies while focusing on achieving outcomes.
- Consistently performed in the top percentile in previous environments.
- Work with our largest and most complex customers to help them successfully embed Encord into their AI applications.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams.
- Report directly to the co-founders.
- Make customers successful with complex technology while consistently over achieving on Gross and Net Revenue Retention targets.
