Requirements
  • 10+ years in digital user experience strategy within a digital agency or pure play user experience company
  • 10+ Years Experience in Campaign / Comms Planning
  • Leadership experience with larger teams
  • 10+ Years Experience working directly with clients
  • Facilitation Expertise
  • Experience designing Personas, Customer Journeys
  • Has experience driving and winning new business pitches
  • Understands content strategy, marketing and distribution
  • Understands social ecosystem and can design for it
  • Understands how to grow current clients organically
  • Passion for digital and up to date on technology and trends
  • Experience in developing proposals and presentations for clients
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex subject matter, either verbally or in written form
  • Demonstrated ability in the marketing research and sciences areas, to establish and analyze complex research studies

Responsibilities
  • Ensure overall quality of Strategy work on all projects and accounts in all disciplines
  • Collaborate with the program director and the managing director to ensure suitable number of strategists and analysts with appropriate skills
  • Provide support with special projects and initiatives within the Strategy group
  • Provide guidance and insight about Strategy practices to colleagues
  • Ensure core processes and deliverables are effective in delivering strategic guidance
  • Work with clients to identify business problems and challenges
  • Become an authority on the client’s business sector
  • Define and document requirements through business analysis, qualitative consumer research, and web analytics
  • Recommend, plan, coordinate, and execute research and analysis activities
  • Team management and oversight on all strategic and UX work
  • Synthesize and communicate research results to clients and project teams
  • Provide insight on the client’s strategic direction
  • Collaborate with the team on overall strategy development
  • Define measurement strategies to support ongoing strategy development
  • Demonstrate the value of integrating Strategy services into client engagements
  • Provide thought leadership to colleagues and projects in various subjects
