  • May fill role as Service Delivery Manager with guidance and support from Sr. Service Delivery Manager
  • Identifies and organizes incoming customer questions or problems by priority, and triages/escalates issues in a timely manner via ticketing system, email, phones, and/or chat
  • Troubleshoots campuses' technical issues within software
  • Aids in the writing of technical documentation, testing, and quality assurance projects as requested
  • Assists with projects as assigned and provide support to various product teams, as necessary
  • Recommends, maintains, and updates Anthology Student configurations
  • Provides problem resolution for end users, including research on various data and reporting issues, collaborates to gain input on potential solutions
  • Ensures reporting is consistent and accurate, troubleshoots issues as they arise
  • Coordinates application of hotfixes, patches, and version upgrades
  • This role requires approximately 10% travel
