Responsibilities
  • Weigh and measure ingredients according to customer specifications, recipes, and production schedules.
  • Ensure precise and accurate ingredient quantities using appropriate scales and equipment.
  • Verify ingredient quality and freshness before use in production.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of ingredient batches and weights.
  • Handle and store ingredients properly to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
  • Inspect incoming raw materials for quality and report discrepancies or issues to the lead or supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitting area and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Document ingredient weights, lot numbers, and batch numbers to ensure traceability.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and assist in managing ingredient stock levels to prevent shortages or overages.
  • Complete required production logs, reports, and other paperwork in compliance with company standards.
  • Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and adhering to workplace safety standards.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety regulations, and standard operating procedures to ensure safe, high-quality products.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations that meet sanitation standards.
  • Communicate with production teams, supervisors, and other departments to support smooth workflow and timely ingredient preparation.
  • Report issues or potential risks related to ingredient quality, equipment malfunctions, or production delays.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety protocols, and quality assurance processes is preferred.

TreeHouse Foods and Investindustrial Announce Definitive Acquisition Agreement for a Total Enterprise Value of $2.9 Billion

TreeHouse Foods Shareholders to Receive $22.50 Per Share in Cash and One Contingent Value Right Per Share TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS, "TreeHouse Foods" or "the Company") and Industrial FB Investments III Inc. ("Investindustrial"), an independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial VIII SCSp, part of a leading European group of independently managed investment, holding, and advisory companies, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which TreeHouse Foods will be acquired by Investindustrial in an all-cash transaction for a total Enterprise Value of $2.9 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, TreeHouse Foods shareholders will receive $22.50 per share in cash for each share of common stock owned at closing, and one non-transferable Contingent Value Right ("CVR") per common share.
