Requirements
  • Sc. or Ph.D in Physical Sciences or Engineering

Responsibilities
  • Develop processes in lithography, etch, thin film deposition, metallization, clean, and CMP
  • Be the primary point of contact between Psiquantum and the external fabrication facility
  • Conduct data analysis and document the work for clear communication
  • Drive the development and implementation of integrated processes
  • Provide hands-on support in the fabrication facility
  • Coordinate timely resolution of process challenges in the fab
  • Focus on maximizing weekly wafer output and shipment
  • Verify equipment start up & equipment qualification
  • Work with external fab to improve number of turns and increase output
  • Actively track wafers in progress and report on their status
  • Coordinate with the fab team to swiftly address and resolve any processing challenges that may arise
