Requirements

  • BA/BS/Undergraduate or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce experience required
  • CPQ experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own the renewals process
  • Execute all phases of renewal lifecycle to include notifying customers of renewals, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities
  • Drive revenue by facilitating commitment, and follow through on securing payment from customers
  • Work in CPQ, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Work directly with Customer Success Management team to review historical customer needs and current landscape
  • Create renewal quotes and purchase orders that follow company guidelines and expectations
  • Razor sharp focus on renewal dates with ability to put proactive metrics in place to further ensure the timeliness and completion of all renewals
  • Communicate and follow up directly with customers as needed
  • Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work to find optimal solutions
  • Report renewal metrics effectively up to Customer Success Management and VP, Customer Success
  • Achieve established retention goals
Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, account management, customer success, finance or related industry
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
