Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes pipelines and revenue in Americas
  • Work closely with the Americas Sales (Field) to target key accounts and accelerate deals
  • Collaborate with the Americas Partner team to effectively find, engage with, grow, enable, and co-market with the partner ecosystem
  • Work with corporate events team to help execute corporate events in region and lead the planning and execution of regional field and partner events
  • Leverage campaigns, messaging, and assets from corporate marketing to ensure a consistent voice within market
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of our field, partner, and events activities and provide regular reports to sales and marketing leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Management to gather insights on market requirements and customer / partner feedback
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the cybersecurity market
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
  • Manage the Americas field and partner marketing budget
