Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations.
  • 3+ years of Marketo experience (with experience building drip and nurture email programs).
  • Demonstrated ability designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, preference towards lifecycle/nurture programs.
  • Deep technical knowledge of email best practices and a/b testing methodologies within Marketo.
  • Comfortable and motivated working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational acumen.
Responsibilities
  • Strategize and build customer journey stages and create initiatives for each stage, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and winback.
  • Build and execute campaigns and automated flows using Marketo to create engaging, personalized consumer journeys that support KPIs across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Manage email marketing calendar and cadence, collaborating with internal stakeholders to apply best practices and define success metrics.
  • In partnership with sales and marketing operations, create segmentation models, identify, and analyze key trends and behaviors.
  • Establish best practices for email programs and drive consistency across all external communications.
  • Identify key metrics for lifecycle programs and continuously iterate on ways to improve them.
  • Build cross-functional relationships internally, working closely with our Marketing, Marketing Ops, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and implement A/B tests across to improve outcomes.
