Requirements
- Proven to lead and prioritize time, tasks and resources autonomously in a high pressure environment
- Demonstrated abilities and aptitude to reinvent, manage and lead complex operational excellence, linked to strategy
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Proven experience leading the development of marketing strategies and plans that drive revenue growth and exceed business objectives

- Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in marketing strategy and operations
- Experience leading marketing analytics and reporting to track marketing performance against business objectives and KPIs
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms and CRMs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically the advanced development of presentations to communicate internally
- Depth in technology categories, and a desire to make a significant impact on the growth of a late-stage startup
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, zero-to-one, rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the continuous comprehensive marketing strategy approach that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets
- Lead the annual strategic planning process, develop budgets with connected logic, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop and refine marketing objectives, goals, and KPIs
- Execute and drive continuous execution and improvements of marketing operations, including contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement reporting, dashboards, templates and measurement plans to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns and adjust as necessary to optimize performance
- Own the marketing technology stack strategy, working closely with product and engineering, to ensure it aligns with business needs, including the leadership of the marketing automation platform, CRM, and other marketing tools
- Drive the development of marketing analytics and reporting to track marketing performance against business objectives and KPIs
- Own the rhythm of the business in the marketing organization, including staff meetings, weekly reporting and offsites
- Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and product teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and ensure collaboration across the organization
