Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is required, or three years of human resources experience in lieu of this education requirement.
  • At least one year of practical experience in human resources is required.
Responsibilities
  • Administration of the company’s employee onboarding and offboarding programs and enforcement of company training policies and practices.
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
  • Inputs and records new hires, terminations, and promotion or role changes into the software system.
  • Maintains and files employee records in compliance with all federal regulations.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
