Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision makers within all asset classes and sectors of our targeted markets
  • Drive event sponsorship sales by conducting in-depth prospecting research, sourcing & confirming participation of sponsors for events
  • Prospect new business to build a strong pipeline for senior-level sales team
  • Connect with sponsorship prospects using phone and email strategies
  • Assist event production department in building sponsor-friendly programs
  • Brainstorm fresh and relevant topic ideas to adapt to industry trends
  • Understand and exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Work closely with sales team to accelerate sales cycle and extend reach into target accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team for successful event sponsorship, marketing, and financial performance
