Requirements
  • Previous wet lab experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program components, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of one or more academic programs and resolve issues using discretion to meet unit goals.
  • Use independent judgment in the development, implementation, promotion, and evaluation of academic programs, initiatives, or events.
  • Identify program needs, contribute to unit workflows, schedule logistics, and secure resources for meetings, events, and interviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in laboratory operations and management.
  • Experience providing administrative support.
  • A bachelor's degree.
