Requirements
  • Based on a successful degree in a business or technical field, you have gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company or consulting
  • You have several years of experience as a business project manager with a team leadership experience of up to 25 project members and knowledge of agile project methodology
  • You are familiar with process management and process optimization methods such as Lean Management
  • You are convincing in audience-specific communication and have strong social skills and a pronounced willingness to change
  • In an interdisciplinary, international environment, you communicate, present, and moderate confidently in English
Responsibilities
  • You will lead a team of functional process experts from ITS and SCS and together develop the future KION Core Design processes using agile project methodology.
  • You coordinate the target processes with the other process managers in Design-to-Build and special teams like Data migration and Roll-In & Enablement.
  • You act as a business partner for KION Group IT in implementing the data and processes into IT applications.
  • You regularly review process efficiency in coordination with the global key user network and are responsible for continuous improvement process.
