  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum team, helping them achieve their goals and maintain focus on delivering value.
  • Shield the team from external interruptions and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks or escalate them as necessary to maintain team productivity.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprints.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Track sprint progress using Agile tools and metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and team performance indicators.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sprint progress and team performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive their implementation.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and learning within the team.
