Evaluate amenity spaces and services and collect requirements from building ownership and tenants.
Provide audio/visual, technology, and concierge support for conferences, meetings, and events.
Coordinate and schedule use of shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium.
Monitor demand and capacity for shared amenity spaces on an ongoing basis.
Develop service descriptions, procedures, and tenant-facing guidance for amenity use.
Support development of performance measures for amenity services.

Position Summary The Amenity Services Coordinator supports the planning and day-to-day coordination of shared amenities in a federal office building, including conference and meeting spaces, audio/visual support, and building event logistics.
