As a Recruiter II at Valon Mortgage, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth by providing full-cycle recruiting support across multiple lines of business. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through to onboarding. In this fast-paced environment, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing top-tier talent, building strong pipelines, and managing a high volume of requisitions. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, all while maintaining a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your ability to adapt to evolving business needs and scale recruiting efforts quickly will be key to our success.
This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, with an emphasis on using data-driven insights to continuously improve our hiring processes. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to employer branding initiatives and implement innovative recruitment tools.
