- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering Core Concepts, Vehicle CAN/LIN/Ethernet Communication and Controls, Analog and Digital Circuit Design
- Knowledge in Microcontroller Operation Theory and Firmware Development (e.g C/C++, automating with Python)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bonus/Nice-To-Have: FSAE/Baja experience (or equivalent project experience)
- Bonus/Nice-To-Have: Familiarity with Electric Vehicle High Voltage Powertrain Architecture, Low Voltage Architecture and Vehicle Behaviors
- Work with a team of Zoox engineers on Zoox’s ground up electric autonomous vehicle high voltage powertrain components
- Learn aspects of HV powertrain component design, integration, and interaction of these complex systems
- Automating the test assets (e.g. writing test scripts, building test setups)
