Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a background in e-commerce, sales, marketing, or business administration is preferred.
  • Three to six years of e-commerce experience is required, ideally with Amazon as the primary channel.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a high-performing team is required.
  • Knowledge of bus, coach, school bus, Class 8 truck, agricultural, or construction equipment is preferred.
  • Experience using data and reporting to make business decisions and improve performance is required.
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, pricing strategies, search engine optimization, and content creation is required.
  • Comfort using software-as-a-service tools to drive data-backed decisions and streamline workflows is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead product research and competitive analysis to expand the product offering with high-opportunity items.
  • Develop scalable systems and procedures to support future growth in products and platforms.
  • Identify and plan expansion into new marketplaces or ecommerce platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and management of all listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness across titles, attributes, A+ content, and search engine optimization.
  • Own pricing strategy across all product categories to maintain margin targets and remain competitive.
  • Collaborate across departments to align ecommerce efforts with inventory, procurement, marketing, sales, and financial planning.
  • Manage and mentor ecommerce team members and create a roadmap for team expansion.
  • Use Helium 10, Canva, Keepa, ChatGPT, and internal sales data to track trends, monitor performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage and oversee the shuttlebus parts catalog on ecommerce platforms, including pricing, inventory levels, listing optimization, and product lifecycle management processes.
  • Assist in selling high-risk-of-obsolescence and non-traditional sales inventory.
