  • You oversee the handling of the confirmation processes for song registrations with societies and sub-publishers
  • You manage a small but growing team to achieve goals, implement strategies and ensure smooth operations of assigned tasks, providing additional training and coaching as needed
  • You engage with centralized team heads and source relations to keep up to date on any source developments as well as build fruitful relationships with external publishers, societies and sub-publishers
  • You bring attention to high priority and urgent items with relevant stakeholders in an effective manner, and proactively put together plans of action until resolutions are reached
  • You analyze, track and report on monthly key performance metrics and implement action plans to tackle any areas highlighted during the review
  • You would need to demonstrate a solid understanding of music copyright and publishing as well as a deep working knowledge of operational Copyright processes
  • You may have experience in supervising, managing and motivating team members, but more importantly, can demonstrate a keen interest and core attributes relevant for a people manager
  • You have ideally managed projects and demonstrated a process-driven approach having suggested, developed or implemented processes demonstrating analytical thinking and a 'can do' attitude to solve complex problems
  • You can adapt your communication to internal and external audiences and act with a sense of urgency and confidentiality to all matters
  • You have a track record of excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • You are tech savvy as well as a fast & pro-active learner with ability to pick up new software quickly - proficient user of Microsoft and Google programs, such as Excel, Sheets and Gmail, but also software such as Monday and Tableau
