During rigorous six-year testing on 140 offshore turbines in the UK, the system accurately identified six main bearing failures with zero false positives, predicting failure timelines eight months in advance. Beyond main bearings, the technology monitors planetary bearings, high-speed shaft bearings, and rotor components with precise fault location capabilities.
