The Financial Analyst, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) will be responsible for the coordination, consolidation, reporting and analysis of the overall expense forecast process. Additionally, the role will also support development of long range plans and recurring activities such as weekly forecasting, monthly budget variance analysis, regional reporting and BOD meeting support. The position reports to the Director, FP&A . We are looking for top performers that have distinguished technical and analytical backgrounds, are excellent collaborators and have the drive and judgment to work effectively and independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the OpEx and forecast process by region, product and line of business
- Assist with the production of month-end close and forecast reporting packages.
- Collaborate with functional leads/Accounting partners to understand key variances and provide insightful analysis that identifies areas of opportunity and risk.
- Work with business partners and FP&A team to develop the annual operating plan (budget) and the quarterly refresh for headcount & non compensation.
- Assist in designing, developing and modifying systems and procedures to increase automation and efficiencies.
- Work with the Finance team on strategic deep dives by developing financial models.
- Partner with FP&A team to best accomplish goals and in preparing ad hoc reports for management.
- Additional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field 2-4 years, forecasting and financial reporting experience
- Hands-on detail oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance function, and a flexible individual who works well in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skillsIntermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing and internet platform technology sectors preferable.
- Experience with financial systems, Netsuite, Adaptive Planning preferred / desired.

Amobee carefully considers many factors, such as experience and competencies, regarding compensation. These considerations can greatly impact compensation amounts. This role starts at a minimum $61,100 annual base salary. Depending on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, qualifications and skillsets, the actual pay may be higher.
