Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field

Responsibilities
  • Full involvement with recruiting talent
  • Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members
  • Objectively recommends compensation adjustments
  • Manages all aspects of performance
  • Supports the product line executive in the development of product line business strategy
  • Executes product line business strategy
  • Achieves business development targets
  • Develops, recommends and executes business expansion plans
  • Develops and qualifies business opportunities and develops and pursues opportunity pipeline
  • Continuously engages clients in discussions to understand and anticipate needs. Identifies and recommends opportunities for additional businesses
