Requirements
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to make decisions related to all aspects of shipping and receiving while supporting company guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and seek assistance as required.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry as required for the role.
  • Ability to use ladders and stock pickers to move products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure store logistics are up to date.
  • Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the store backroom.
  • Support the sales floor and cash teams in all areas of the store.
  • Follow safe work practices in the warehouse.
  • Keep customers informed about new sales and promotions.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and product presentation on the sales floor.
  • Replenish stock and assist with flyer products and pricing changes.
  • Scan merchandise and process payment transactions quickly and accurately at checkout.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least one year of retail experience is preferred.
  • First-class customer service skills.
