Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation and logistics with 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Continuous Improvement and/or project management training and experience
  • Experience analyzing large data sets and using analysis to drive business plans
  • Proficiency in G-suite productivity tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL, Access, and other database and reporting tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in driving best practices and process improvements in cross-functional teams

  • Design, implement, manage, and maintain logistics processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency
  • Establish and maintain alliances with key stakeholders for cost-effective solutions
  • Lead projects and process improvement initiatives cross-functionally
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop direct reports for high productivity
  • Build business cases and analyze trends using large data sets
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to support organizational objectives
  • Develop standard methods of communicating operational performance to internal partners
