Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in successfully managing and delivering webinars in the HR, payroll, and fintech industry
  • Experience in CMS and webinar platforms (Zoom or similar)
  • Strong organizational and workload prioritization skills
  • Analysis of webinars and reporting with the ability to propose improvements
  • Broader knowledge of marketing
Responsibilities
  • Understanding the wider strategic objectives of the business to implement an online event program that supports lead generation and brand awareness
  • Working closely with the growth and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and run the international B2B events program
  • Driving marketing-influenced pipeline and generating MQLs
  • Supporting the communication and promotion of webinar campaigns
  • Maintaining webinar records and contributing to monthly reporting
  • Managing multiple webinars with key strategic partners
  • Increasing registrations for and engagement with webinars
  • Hosting prep sessions/rehearsals and managing post-event engagement
  • Producing live events or recording sessions
  • Developing virtual event feedback surveys and post-event reports
  • Staying up-to-date on webinar trends and implementing changes to improve webinar quality
