Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience synthesizing insights from data using tools such as Python/R, SQL.
  • Experience with distributed systems (primarily BigQuery) is a plus.
  • Experience building data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau or similar BI solution) a plus.
  • Have a background in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Comfortable working on a globally distributed team.
  • Relevant experience in a consumer tech/product company is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver thoughtful analysis and insights around on-platform marketing campaigns.
  • Present your findings to marketing & xfn partners.
  • Design and implement comprehensive tests, making sure that we track all relevant metrics and that we're learning at every step along the way.
  • Create and communicate impactful recommendations that improve the impact & effectiveness of our marketing messages.
  • Work closely with our Marketing & Consumer Insights team to connect off-platform data & insights with our 1st party campaign data.
  • Support audience targeting and maintenance of existing data pipelines used to measure campaign performance, as needed.
