Requirements

Responsibilities
- Weekly payroll processing - Collating and inputting of timesheets
- Calculation and processing of holiday requests in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure that all new starters and leavers are processed by HR and updated in the payroll system prior to the payroll deadline
- Ensure that the payroll is adjusted for any unpaid leave or family leave pay (Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave and Parental Leave)
- Process statutory and company sickness payments
- Ensure all payroll reports are correctly authorised and reconciled prior to payroll deadlines
- Running and distributing reports within the business
- Administering benefits in the payroll system
- Recording benefits on central tracker
- Reconciling invoices against credit notes, remittances, direct debits etc
- Running reports/collating data regarding benefits administration
- Answering general queries via email and telephone
- Distribution of P45's
- Undertaking any other payroll duties as/when required by the business
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of using of iTrent and Workday
- Experience of working in HR/Finance shared services
- Experience of working on multiple payrolls
