Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team and store through leading by example, coaching, and providing high-quality instruction.
  • Assist with implementing a sales and merchandising plan and foster a highly engaged team culture.
  • Participate in store loss-prevention processes, including prevention strategies and investigations.
  • Assist with managing store inventory, merchandising, and price displays to maximize category sales.
  • Deliver and achieve sales budgets and targets for the department.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
