Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successfully leading internal performance marketing creative functions, ideally with experience managing both internal and external (agency) teams.
  • Clear expertise in building operations and processes to enable a consistent, high impact performance creative machine.
  • Able to set a clear creative vision for performance creative, and educate the team on how to uphold high standards, whilst still maintaining performance contributions.
  • A leader who understands the balance between performance and brand marketing, and the role that brand equity can play in direct response ads. Clear experience in successfully implementing brand codes/distinctive assets into performance creative.
  • Strong communicator who is able to successfully gain stakeholder buy-in, effectively communicating concepts ranging from a high level vision to specific ad delivery in a way which inspires confidence from the leadership team.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the internal performance marketing creative function to produce high impact creative at high velocity, through the development and implementation of highly efficient processes, technologies and vendors to aid output, and successful leadership of the team.
  • Drive the vision for performance creative to synthesize key product value propositions and research briefs for internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-performing (ROI) and profitable creative.
  • Advocate for performance creative across the business to successfully gain buy-in for the vision and operations across key stakeholders. Successfully deliver creative strategy & performance reviews to the leadership team.
  • Be a guardian of the Noom brand, ensuring all creative production and processes build on and aid Noom’s brand equity, and ensure high standards are followed across the team to defend and protect Noom’s brand.
