VetCare Canada is a network of veterinary practices across Canada that combines the personal care of private clinics with the support and resources of a larger group. Medical teams share knowledge, grow their clinical skills, and deliver personalized care, while a strategic team provides hands-on mentorship, helps with recruitment, and supports practice managers behind the scenes. This community approach aims to make high-quality veterinary care more accessible by pooling expertise and resources, while keeping each practice’s unique culture. Key advantages include strong leadership, tailored mentorship (including tuition and specialized training for RVTs), and a work environment with high team engagement and value placed on staff. The overall goal is to advocate for animals and the people who care for them by enabling world-class medicine through collaboration and supportive leadership.
