Requirements
  • College Degree in Business or Finance, or 10+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the overall health of the SRG program at HCSC.
  • Work on the development and implementation of the governance and compliance program across the enterprise.
  • Help define program strategies, identify and build working relationships with existing and new program stakeholders, and seek collaboration on the SRG framework.
  • Conduct oversight of new and existing processes with key SRG stakeholders, such as contract managers.
  • Provide ownership support to HCSC’s supplier risk governance tools portfolio.
  • Work with, guide, and advise the different divisions and business units on compliance to the SRG framework.
  • Have significant stewardship over the HCSC Risk and Criticality segmentation framework to ensure appropriate levels of supplier governance are executed by HCSC supplier management teams.
  • Drive due diligence with financial viability and other supplier inherent risk levers.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and implement identified opportunities directly alongside management.
