- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Receiver design experience including analog, digital and analog circuit design including familiarity with Altium or similar tools
- Specific experience with integrating RWRs, Electronic Sensing, COMINT, SIGINT or ELINT systems at the subsystem level
- Familiarity with Receiver channelizers
- RF Filter design and analysis
- RF testing or range experience
- EMI/EMC testing, analysis and certification testing
- Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed for mission critical deadlines
- Design, develop, and test electronic warfare systems including jammers, signal processors, and signal identification tools
- Conduct modeling and simulation for radio system performance and key functions such as triangulation
- Develop and implement signal processing algorithms for electronic warfare applications
- Design and optimize antenna systems for electronic warfare platforms
- Utilize frequency hopping and other counter-jamming techniques to enhance system robustness
- Perform modeling, system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of electronic warfare systems
- Work alongside and mentor a talented team of hardware and software engineers and help generalists understand the fundamentals of EW
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronic warfare technology and implement best practices
- EA/ECM Technique or mode design experience
- Communications system design and analysis
- ATAK or similar system integration experience
- Exposure to RF machine learning techniques
- Flight test experience
- Familiarity with autonomous systems
CX2 develops AI-enabled hardware and software to manage the electromagnetic spectrum for military use. Its platform autonomously detects, classifies, and counters RF threats at the tactical edge, providing spectrum awareness and emitter tracking with GPS-denied capability and optional high-resolution imagery for threat confirmation. The system is modular and hardware-agnostic, designed to be deployed on drones or vehicles and updated quickly at lower cost compared with traditional EW systems. The goal is to enable rapid, targeted responses to RF threats to protect missions for the U.S. military and its allies, leveraging a leadership team with deep military, defense, and tech experience.
