What you’ll achieve
As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

• Manage all activities necessary to take a product from concept to production including analysing the requirements, system architecture, Proof of Concept, Contribution to behavioural specification, defining engineering functional plan, design, coding, engineering interlocks with stakeholders that include Product Management, Core team, cross functional engineering teams, Architecture Review Board, factory and customer support.
• Develop technical specifications, defining Proof of Concepts, evaluating prototypes and making recommendations, defining program scope, driving design / engineering reviews are part of the job responsibility.
• Experience in dealing with Data Center or Cloud Infra management software, fault tolerant systems and high availability is a plus.
• Person should have strong leadership skills with focus on drive for results. It is an IC role with more focus on technical content.

Essential Requirements

• 9-12 Years of related experience in the Design, development, and delivery of Java-based enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and principal Expert-level hands-on knowledge of core Java; Experience with Spring, Vertx, Hibernate, JDBC, and JUNIT.
• Experience in containerization and container orchestration technology
• Experience in messaging systems and distributed technology; experience on multithreading (Callable, Runnable, etc.), Executor Framework, Concurrency.
• Implementations experience in micro-service integration, packaging, build, and deployment. Good debugging & troubleshooting skills; Understanding and working experience with GIT and Artifactory

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in programming languages Golang, and Python3 is added advantage
• Educational Qualification (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS/MCA)
