Requirements
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with good mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and represent the company professionally.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage technician performance by establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations.
  • Manage, provide leadership for, and develop staff for future advancement through communication, coaching, training, and development.
  • Manage the workforce efficiently to minimize negative labor variances.
  • Determine staffing levels and ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling, discipline, and termination policies.
  • Ensure accurate work orders and picking lists are provided to the warehouse for inventory pulling, and manage work-in-progress inventory and job-site returns to minimize inventory investment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
