Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work.
  • Ability to operate specialized production equipment and wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety-toe footwear.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate coil winding machines to manufacture electrical transformer coils.
  • Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to produce coils to exact requirements.
  • Load wire and materials into winding equipment and make machine adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent, high-quality production.
  • Use hand and power tools to cut, strip, shape, and assemble components.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and workmanship.
  • Follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Operate specialized production equipment.
  • Lift, stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift while maintaining quality production standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Hoist or overhead crane experience.
  • Forklift or industrial lift truck experience.
